RIM produced wall panels is a unique approach developed in USA and we manufacture our panels using this technique under license from our partners in Bahrain.

Method of insulation and detailing etc. will be given special attention to ensure they do not cause any concern for the longevity of the system. Insulation can be very beneficial and generally using insulation can bring you 35-40% savings on air conditioning cost. Our test houses report clearly indicates 56% savings once the roof and wall are insulated addressing also the thermal bridges. Currently our research is focused on optimization of the cost to make it as competitive as possible and increase the ROI (Return on Investment.

Waterproofing – spray applied polyurethane foam or insulated roof tiles.
30 years ago; we brought SPF (Spray applied PU foam) from Baxenden chemicals in UK to address a key issue in waterproofing of pre-cast slab roof in Bahrain. Ministry of housing in Bahrain have tried several types of roofing system for their low-cost housing and majority of them have prematurely failed for several reasons. One of the main causes was that they were not able to incorporate an efficient thermal insulation in to the roofing system and therefore after several rounds of discussions we have won the contract for 250 houses to be done with our proposed system in 1985. We have been tracking the system in detail and found they are performing much better than any other system and today ministry do not approve anything other than such systems. During the last 30 years we have made several experiments with the system and fine-tuned PU roof systems which is a perfect system for both waterproofing and thermal insulation requirement of both flat and pitch roof. PU foam spray applied roof will meet any international standard in roofing industry and to us it is the best system which will last the life of the building. Our current efforts is to upgrade the system further incorporating ILD technology (International Leak Detectors) so that monitoring of the system is made easier.
